Anybody seeing the single smooshable packs in the wild?  I need to try and get some Falconers this weekend and the prices on Ebay are out of hand.

In case u didnt know, falconers and orcs are the only ones which has a bag in bag which is really easy to find. They make a different sound and feel.

Thanks, yes @Captain_Obviousgave me some tips. I smooshed the case I picked up last night and the only ones that are close are the Conservationist and the Newspaper boy. Going forward it will be easy to just grab Orcs and Black Falcons because of the bag feel/sound, spaceman you will have to hunt for although all 3 of mine were in a row, left side middle.

Received my box today, thank you @MinifiguresPlus

here is how the box broke down.

3 ref

2 space robot

4 baby astronauts

4 carrots

1 falconer 😕

3 t-rex

4 orcs

4 conservationist

3 potters

3 aristocrats

3 rocking horse

2 newsies

I'm confused - aren't these newish boxes of 36 minifigs supposed to have 3 of each character?

Interesting,  I have smooshed 5 cases of 36 and all had 3 sets of 12.

Interesting how did your cases arrive? Original lego shipper? Was the pink CMF box enlcosed/sealed?

I was under the same impression.  The original plan was to keep the 3 falconers so a bit disappointed.

The cases should have 3 sets of 12.  If you smooshed those bags, you may want to resmoosh.  The conservationist and newspaper boy can be confused, and the orc and falconer can get confused since they have a sealed bag of parts in each of the bags.

The orc and falconer are very easy to tell between the two.  The inside bag clearly sets those two apart, however the orc is overall very flat with the shield easy to feel.  The falcon being so large and v shaped, its one of the easiest to spot, other than the carrot guy. Those 4 carrot guys are very obvious.  Im starting to think the case I received was not sealed or it just so happened to be one of the few that didnt have 3 full sets.

Id like to also add the conservationist ends up being somewhat easy if you feel for the plant piece.  Also, the 2x2 tile sets the newsie apart.  This might be the easiest CMF line for smooshing in all my 10 years of smooshing.

Mine were done at 3 different Walmarts (2,2, and 1) they came in sealed Lego factory boxes 1 case per box that were opened with the pink case inside. These are different as the inner pink case is not sealed from the factory. Look exactly like this video at 1:27

Agreed that these are very easy to smoosh once you get down the Potter, Conservationist and Newspaper. As you said no way you can mess up the Carrot guy.

Ahhh  interesting video, thank you for the share.  My outside lego shipper box had been opened as it was taped back together.

I wonder if @MinifiguresPlus can provide any insight?!

This line is so easy, I can do 2 at a time, 1 at each hand.  Heck, I do not even need basket with 12 pockets :P

If I ever get a sealed box, I'd time myself to see how fast I can smoosh all 36 packs.

Too bad the era of standing around talking and smooshing at LEGO store is coming to an end :(

I read somewhere that the new non-smooshable lego minifigure boxes start arriving for the series in September.  So, that means the Disney minifigure line in May will be the last ones where you can smoosh out a series.  My son and I have been smooshing out minifigures since we started collecting around Series 11.  I've managed to hardly ever get duplicates over the years, so it kinda takes the fun out of the hobby of completing a set.  Now, you got to gamble like you're in a casino and buy 20 boxes hoping you get a full set of 12.  I'm just not as apt to resell all the extra singles either.  Hopefully lego remedies this by making sure those six pack boxes they sell contain six unique minifigures.  That makes it a little fairer.

We have also had a number of boxes with uneven distribution. This is not something that LEGO ever guarantees.                                                                                                                                                    We do want to comment that we have used an extra outer box over the new boxes as they do not come with a cardboard box bottom. Sometimes the outer box is from another series, but we NEVER open boxes that we ship out as factory sealed.

I used to be heavily into trading. Might have to start that back up.

The more I see the Brown Astronaut, I kind of want to see what a "Browntron" mockup could look like. Additionally, if someone were to post an army of the adorable baby astronaut, I swear I will freakin' die from a cuteness overload. Haha.
