Maybe another big gingerbread on the way home from work. Dang! I thought the 499 pcs was a typo on the Lego website! Edited December 6, 20196 yr by eliminator

I bet there's enough of these available that someone could put the Great Pyramid in Giza to shame. I picked up one of 40337 at my local LEGO Store while also getting a Batmobile and it's mini counterpart. I'm not sure I will be chasing down other gingerbread houses unless something gets discounted out of nowhere.
December 7, 20196 yr Getting slightly over $40 on ebay. Great start. Edited December 7, 20196 yr by marcandre

It's a dense solid set. 499pcs takes a bit of time so the build should feel substantial even though microscale. The 2nd set is always on the lower value side with it being out longer but this one should hold up well and is different enough from a few years ago.

Pretty cool.. two questions: a) is that (behind the pyramid) your own warehouse? b) how long did it take to build up this? truly only a single row (or there are multiplies behind that to support it.. ?)
December 8, 20196 yr Pretty cool.. two questions: a) is that (behind the pyramid) your own warehouse? how long did it take to build up this? truly only a single row (or there are multiplies behind that to support it.. ?)I think he rents his warehouse from Adobe ....
December 8, 20196 yr Adobe - that entirely switched to only online subscriptions - needs their own warehouse .. that big? Edited December 8, 20196 yr by crayxlp

December 8, 20196 yr Picked up another one of these. My local Lego store received a restock of Parisian Restaurants and were still selling them at 30% off + double VIP points this weekend.

I'd weep if I was stuck with that pyramid of Jyn Erso Constractables...from a resale perspective, that is one of the most pathetic sets in years...it even outshines Harley Quinn to the Rescue.

Counterpoint. I Just re-watched Rogue 1 on Disney + and it gets better with each viewing. Not saying there will ever be a huge desire for this figure, but I do predict people will warm to this film and its lego sets over time.
