Brickshop.nl appears have to jumped the October announcement of the next modular set.  No pictures yet.

 

Not sure if this will be named "Detective Bureau" in EU and "Detective Agency" in NA, or if this is just a translation issue.

At this point there might be problems with translation which is normal. I have to say I do like the sound of "Bureau" a bit more than "Agency" unless we were referring to the Ultra Agents that is.

Yes, and it had better include a lady in red minifigure, complete with ridiculously long cigarette holder (bad for kids, I know, but modulars are for adults anyway).  A streetlight on the corner for shadowy meetings is a must too (unless there's a way to create a dark alley in a modular set).

Lol. Until this post, I was fooling myself that a Lego modular set was not a toy.

I don't know, it seems like a lady in a white dress could fit the theme perfectly as well.

 

The only thing that's for sure is the fact that it will be AWESOME!!!

It's probably "agency", because "bureau" makes it sound too much like a government institution.

 

I'm fairly certain this will be much seedier and rundown than a police station. What I'd really love to see is a purely black & white version for the film noir MOCs.

I heard that it is a detective agency that is comprised of two parts (like the pet shop). There is a pool hall on the first floor and a detective agency on the second floor. On the other part of the building, there is a barber shop on the first floor and an apartment above this. It sounds amazing!

I'm still surprised we haven't seen pics yet. Much of the 2015 lines have been shown so far and this modular was supposed to come out in the first quarter of 2015. Wonder what's taking so long?

Sounds interesting to me too but I don't get the sense that this is the case. I think the knuckles are in the architectural components.

As much as I try I am terrible at mocs. But if I had any talent I would build a new modular to go with the DA. It would be split down the middle with the Sopranos Satriale
