The whole "City" and "Pirate" thing? The other thing that seemed odd was that all of these auctions listed are from the same ebay seller... from China. Seems weird to me... just my 2 cents. Especially for the price. If you have a little one who maybe likes Lego's but you don't have the $$$ to buy some of the fancy sets, these maybe the way to go.
