Not big on Chima but for $5 bucks I couldn't pass..

 

Any thoughts?

Not Sure, I'm from borderline North/Central Jersey.  I was just dropping off a co-worker and I decided to stop in.

 

I don't thing so.  The manager had put a whole bunch of clearance in the front of the store, as you walk in. 

Nothing was ringing in the register.  She had to come over and help the cashier to override prices.

Also picked up a

• Item: 70504 Garmatron  for $16 on my way though Maryland yesterday.

Found about 33 Simpson Figs at a Target in Virginia this week.  To my surprise the rang up $2.99. 

 

I got them all and took the retail display too. :whistle:

Yah, seems like I'm the only one from Jersey on here.

 

I was in Virginia for a week doing a Ship Board Firefighting class at the Naval Academy Fire School.

 

I hit every Target and Walmart I could get to..lol

TRU in Deptford has all the coming Lego Movie sets and Ultra Agent sets already.

I did see the new Agent sets in my TRU last week in Elizabeth, NJ.

 

None of the Lego Movie yet.

Well, that makes four. I would love to talk Legos and Lego investing sometime. This site has really helped me become wiser in how I go about being a brickpicker. Is meeting in person permissible in this virtual age?

I grew up in Philly and still go down there pretty regularly, so this thread topic could not possibly be more up my alley (literally and figuratively).

I now reside in Woodbury NJ.

good to have more locals around.   cherry hill, phila, deptford, wilmington, lansdale, etc... are all pretty much a stone throw away from me.

 

would be nice to have a small get-together one of these days like we do for vintage kenner star wars.

 

no, there haven't been deals around.  our best bet is prob the target mid to late july sale.

Was at walmart in norristown today. Lots of clearance stickers with msrp prices. I hate when walmart tries that trick.

Yes I hate that one. You have probably been eyeing up the same set as me that has been on " clearance" for about a year now.

I was at the trooper rd one today though. Found a few small sets for 33% off but a black gate at "clearance retail", left it.
