^ & ^^ those is amazing.  Do these guys sell off instructions for this stuff?

Same guy for both, check out his flicker he's done so many amazing builds. No I don't think he sells instructions, but he does have a book out about building scale models from lego.

That book is mesmerizing - I have it at home (the two authors are fellow Dutchmen :) ) and I regularly peek into it. Features models from several builders, known in the AFOL spheres. One of the authors has another locomotive in that book as well, equally impressive.

That's good to know, I've been planning on getting it for a while, just haven't got round to it.

Does anyone have a link to the book (is maybe a bit O/T but any links to other recommended Lego books - the only one i have is the ultimate guide to collectible lego sets)?

I love the idea of these and the execution of the heads to minifigs, but I'm struggling with the vehicles - Joker in an old school Batmobile?  Jango Fett in a go kart?

I know for a FACT that batman left his keys inside, so I'm assuming joker just stole it and is simply joyriding, jango....maybe he just likes go-cart racing in his free time...
