I need help...

 

Some months ago I bought a Lego Racers 8144 Ferrari 248 F1 Team. Due to its age the seals are loose. I want to confirm the contents on completeness so I thought I could check it using the manual. However the manual does not give a complete picture of how many bags and base plates should be in there.

 

I know it is a long shot, but can anyone enlighten me about how many bags and baseplates should be in this set? Or where I can find out?

Can't find a firm number with the small bags. That's an expensive risk you are looking at let us know how you make out.

Yeah, it may be too much to risk..... I want this set so bad.

I had him weigh it all and it matches weight... grrrrrr

Someone sniped it. I went up to $800 and was happy to lose it after comparing pictures of another open box set. It seemed there may be a bag or two missing.

Keep looking for one - that set is one of my favorites (and the first UCS w/ new grays).
