With all these sales on, don't forget to ensure you keep your rewards cards handy. I have been cashing in rewards points for Frequent Flyers, Fly Buys and MyerOne for more gift cards to use later. Stack those on top of the 20% off sales and you start picking up R2-D2 and Arkham sets for $150.

I'm new to this forum, so please excuse me if my questions has been answered somewhere else. I'm compiling a spreadsheet of all of the sets I've bought in the last few years, so I can compare how much I spent on them with the Australian RRP to figure out how much I've saved/overspent, and if I decide to sell any of my collection, I can keep track of the profit/loss I made on each set. I only found out about this site recently, so I realise that I could do a similar thing with the brickfolio, although I'm having issues with the bulk import from Brickset, as it is importing the prices as USD, not AUD (I'm not sure if this is just a display issue or an actual bug…

I have made purchases at a number of Australian based stores and have received win-back offers from 2 of them so far. Mighty Ape I made 2 purchases with at the end of last year and about 6 months after my most recent order I received a coupon via email for $10 off my next purchase. Of note is that Mighty Ape have had a number of exclusives go through their site and even had the 41999 Exclusive Crawler set which sold out within hours obviously. I just received today a coupon from Toys Paradise for 10% of my next purchase after I made 1 order about 4-5 months ago. I'm wondering if there are any other stores out there that have similar offers after waiting a …

Good afternoon brains trust. Just had my first buyer put their address as a Click & Collect from Big W. I often use Sendle for parcels as they're cheaper than Aus Post in a lot of cases. Has anyone used them for a click and collect order?

Hi I'm just hoping for some advice. I bought 9 Advent calendars from O/S from a supplier who has previously packaged really well. For some reason this time, the 9 boxes were sent seperately in packaging that was insufficient. I've made a claim through PayPal who have said a full refund will be forthcoming but of course I need to send them all back. I don't have an issue with this except it is going to cost me $100 which isn't part of the refund. So now I am wondering whether I send them back and write off my $100, or whether there is much market for pulling the advent calendars apart and selling off the items inside. I just don't know if there is a market for this …

Hi all. New to Australia and looking for info regarding shipping items. A few questions I can think of: Can I print my own shipping labels? If so, is it cheaper, more expensive or the same? Is using Aus Post boxes ever a cheaper way of doing it? There’s a couple of sets that will fit nicely in the medium box, but box plus shipping appears to be in the $15 range. If I sell on eBay, is purchasing shipping through them cheaper than going through Aus Post? Is there a carrier that beats Aus Post? Like, maybe in certain situations? Is there a good supplier of boxes for shipping that I should know of? I appreciate any help you guys an…

Hoping someone can help me...I am trying to find the name of a lego set so I can download the instructions, but I don't know anything about it! It had several sections, joined together with lots of shelves with potions, crystals, eggs other random things on them. The sections kind of made a half circle. I hope someone knows what I'm talking about from my vague description! I thought it might have been a fantastic beasts set, but my googling has come up with nothing! TIA

  15. Just saw this at my local Myer, apparently it started on 30th Oct and will end on Sunday 3rd November. Buy any 2 toys and get the 2nd toy at 60% discount. (So that would work out to be 30% discount each assumining that you bought 2 similar price toys) 2nd toy of course will have to be equal or cheaper than the other toy. As a point of reference, i saw the TB at AUD$399 so if i get 2 TB it will cost me AUD $399 for one and the other for AUD$159.60. Divide equally each TB cost only $279.30. Happy shopping! :D

  17. Im interested to hear peoples opinions, the 20% off is actually way more, based on lego.com/au prices which are terrible. Examples: Grindelwald's Escape 75951 $22.40 from $40 Snoke's Throne Room $53.65, $100 on lego.com/au Harry Potter minifigure series $3.50 instead of $5.99 I found this price is actually lower than the cost of buying a box of 60 from bricklink assuming bricklink shipping cost is zero (which its not). So seems great to me. You can only buy max 10 of them. Ninjago Dragon Pit 70655 $108.16 from $200 Sandcrawler 75220 $125.00 from $200 You can also use the shopback rewards for 6% cashback. Im not saying all…

  18. They have finally added it officially to their list! You save around AUD 80 and there might only be 1 - 2 sets in each store. If you are keen suggest buying it online. http://www.toysrus.com.au/lego/lego-creator-sydney-opera-house/w1/i5126608_1181094/

Hi, I am selling some old Lego from the 70's. The sets are 182, 171, 656 and 912. There are about 10 small pieces missing from set 912. PM me if interested, regards Pat.

  20. For sale at shopforme.com.au, limit of 1 per customer. Free delivery as order is over $150. I believe this price is currently the cheapest you can find in Aus (someone correct me if i'm wrong). Was sold out when i checked yesterday, today it seems to be available again.

  21. I was hoping this would become available again. I've been holding off on ordering a couple of Ecto-1 sets until now. Get around it if you want it Aussies!!!!

  22. Pretty sure most of the Aussie members here would have already put in orders for this month's Crown Jewels of Lego LEGO Shop at Home - the Delorean and the 4x4 crawler, not sure how everyone's orders are tracking / processing / (dare I say) shipping etc, my experience so far has been....interesting. I'll start from the latest development. Just got an email today - "Your Lego order has been shipped!". Could it be? Could it really be that they've shipped 1 of my 2 orders, which are supposed to be on backorder? Heart pounding, hopes rising. Scrolling further down, I realized who was on his way - the brave little Galaxy Squad Orange Team member Jack Fireblade, and his t…

Was just online at DJs looking for something for the missus, an clicked over to Lego (not all about her! ) and see they appear to have 20% off sale. Probably nothing great, but not sure if the stores are also having it, and if maybe they'll have some gems available. Will be checking my local out this afternoon

  25. Hello all, first time posting on this forum, just thought I'd share something interesting. Was just browsing through all the different online Lego shops, checking on the status of Delorean and excl ed. 4x4 crawler order availability in the different countries, went onto the NZ Lego site - crawler retail price is $299 NZD - OK, fair enough - then saw the Delorean going for $53.99 NZD, which is about 30% cheaper than $69.99 AUD on the Aus Lego shop, after conversion! Not sure if it's a pricing error, but If you've got family or contacts in NZ - maybe worth ordering through them at this price.
