Was just doing some browsing and noticed that very.co.uk have 20% off all there Lego, this includes all the new sets out this year superheroes/star wars/lego movie etc. Shipping is free if you get it delivered to a collect+ outlet or standard delivery is 3.95. Not huge savings but these are the lowest prices you will find on a lot of sets for the time being. I have never shopped with them before so I don't no what their service is like, but returns are FREE.

  4. Daily mail lego polybag promo is back next week, however nothing to get excited over. Poe's X-Wing probably best one to get, but I won't be investing as not worth the time and effort to make 50p. Almost all of the polybags are selling under RRP, i would avoid kais mini dragon complettly. http://bricksfans.com/daily-mail-lego-promotions-returns-next-month/ The much anticipated free LEGO promotion returns to WHSmith this October. As before the promotion will run a little differently than previous years with 4 different toys being given away over two different weekends next month. The sets being given away have appeared elsewhere but this will be t…

http://www.ukbudget.com/2016-measures/new-trading-and-property-income-allowances-aimed-at--micro-entrepreneurs-.aspx In case it's under anyone's radar the above was first mentioned in the spring budget and again in the autumn budget. There's little detailed info out there to date I can find which isn't a million miles from the link and not being a financial advisor its best if you have a read yourself and make your own mind up. One thing I can advise on is it's no good to for the big players.

While exclusives like the modulars are always available on amazon.com (sold by amazon.com, and of course as long as they are, in fact, available), the same sets are not sold by amazon.co.uk (on that site yes, but not by amazon.co.uk, only by resellers for respective prices). Does anyone know the reason for this? Is amazon.co.uk maybe simply not allowed to sell exclusives, while the same site in the US is? The same seems to be true for, for instance amazon.de. Rather disappointing.

Btw guys if you haven't already seen it on hotdealsuk Tesco are clearing out loads of Lego sets at half price, totally store randomness and mainly Chima, but I did pick up like 7 76016's for 22 each, not too keen on this set but the Green Goblin might carry it. So might be worth checking out your local Tesco's, and in about a week they will probably clear out whatever is left for 75% off so keep your eyes open, because even the dodgy sets are worth it at that price.

  13. Has anyone used Kidits.co.uk to get Lego btw? Looking at there site they have some good prices available (although they still have SSD on their site albeit marked OOS - thanks!). I know they're based in Spain and that's where they ship there stock from. I've sent them a couple of mails and they've come back pretty quickly. Tried googling the complany though for reviews and got not much back. Wondered if anyone had ever ordered from them?

  14. Check it out! Maybe flip some stuff.

I know some of you have probably been checking these out, but amazon.co.uk has had some really nice deals on sets that make a lot of sense to buy and ship to Canada. In the last couple of days (they keep yo-yo-ing between sale prices) I've been excited to score the following: Cargo Heliplane 60021 - 40% off, minus VAT for international buyer - came to 16.67 a piece, plus shipping. Each additional item shipped only adds 2 pounds, so better to order 3 or so to spread the shipping cost around per unit. Coast Guard Plane 60015 - 40% off, minus VAT for international buyer - came to 16.67 a piece, plus shipping. This is a target exclusive (I believe) and I …

  25. Just to let people know, The Entertainer has a few (4) sets on buy one get another for 1p: http://www.thetoyshop.com/c/penny-sale?q=%3Aprice-desc%3Abrand%3Alego I've bought a couple of 70131's to part out, as it has a few parts with fairly limited release, (and give one to my youngest for Christmas [what is it with Chima and young kids at the moment?]) but apart from that I'll leave it up to your judgement :-) /// Paul
