Looking up some art the other day to find an inspired work eventually led me to this massive monster from Japanese mythology and history called Yamata no Orochi which translates simply as "8-branched giant snake" recreated in the world of Minecraft. Check it out.

Why yes, that is my alliteration addiction showing in the title. Haha. Anywho for anyone still using their Mojang account to play Minecraft will need to migrate over to a Microsoft account (preexisting or new). Originally Mojang planned to send out emails in batches letting players know when their eligibility was up. However they have now opted to notify players through the Minecraft Launcher and their profile page on minecraft.net. If you do receive an email prompting you to migrate your Minecraft account, ignore it.
