Where did these Star Wars Figs come from?
Keyser Soze replied to gmpirate's question in Name That Brick
Yeah China or maybe people who do 3-D printing sort of stuff. I ordered a set of Final Fantasy VII minifigures from someone on Mercari a few years ago and that is exactly how they showed up. -

Oh wow, thought you were just messing around. I didn’t even consider the arms were all off. First time I’ve ever seen stuff like this. I was thinking it was from some kind of promo. -
Same, I'm also looking for a Bower for my personal collection. I'm anticipating some opportunities to get it on sale this fall before retirement.

SOB, missed them. Wanted a bowser.

Thanks. Looks like most good ones are sold out. Dang. The NASA rover was a good deal at 35% off. Is this set getting discontinued this year?

Not sure what “lego” set they are from but they are 100% counterfeit, look at the arms. -
Thanks for sharing! To use Woot one must have Amazon PRIME account correct? EDIT.. I was incorrect. Prime membership is NOT required. Prime members get free shipping. A Deku tree would only be $6 to ship to me without Prime membership.

Mucho lego on da Woot tonight. Mostly 20-30% off. Some unexpected ones like X-mansion, Deku, Bowser, Classic Batmobile. Check it out. https://home.woot.com/plus/legos-3

A channel I have been following for a while but never mentioned is Ben Cossy. He showcases various MOCs primarily of the Bionicle/Hero Factory nature. Sometimes mentions new parts and possible usages akin to The New Elementary blog from years ago. At least worth a browse for the inspiration even if Bionicle isn't your bag. -

All of mine shipped UPS rather than lightning ship and I’m not looking forward to the “whack-bang” from UPS that tells me the package has arrived. -

Just received an ebay order ($130) from a buyer who created an account same day as placing order. Should I be concerned or any extra steps I should take to be cautious? To add, I always seem suspicious when an order comes in middle of the night. This one was placed at 1:52am for the location it's going to.

Thank you very much for the tip. It took a while to find it but it turned out to be a $50 gift card for me>
