My “I am hoarding all of these Lego sets for my future grandson” excuse finally came true!

  • Got busy and never updated but actually arrived at dealership the next day after posting that last assembly line photo.  Took possession 12/8/21 from a 7/13/20 reservation... Got about 400 miles

If by driving 20 minutes down the road and “teleworking” from the local beach, then yes. Otherwise, just a typical Tuesday in SoCal with no school, working from home, and the wife only working three days a week.

Nice. I live 2 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and 2 minutes from Cape Cod Bay. I get to watch the Sunrise and Sunset over water. Truly an amazing place to grow up and live.

Don’t get me wrong. The sunrise/sets are incredible, but Give me the lake all day. No sand, no sea creatures and most of all, no crazies!!

Sunset pre-corona.

For those into things with a kick, Id recommend this. Great for dipping, also I like to add a dollop to half an avocado & spice up my quac.

I was looking at the Cheetos display one day, and a girl stopped and pointed at it and said "Have you tried those? If not, get them." I did and they are damn good!

It's only wafer thin...

“- Hospital Administrator: What are you doing this morning?
- Obstetrician: It's a birth.
- Hospital Administrator: And what sort of thing is that?
- Dr. Spencer: Well, that's where we take a new baby out of a lady's tummy.
- Hospital Administrator: Wonderful what we can do nowadays.”

As a follow up to raven’s post...

My son returned to the ice today. Because of COVID, breaks, etc, he’s basically been off the ice since last Thanksgiving.

It was nice to see him be competitive, skating hard, and having fun. Plus, he’s got the COVID-19 19, and needs to lose some of that!

I am so happy they won this year and it was even sweeter watching the game and the celebration with my wife!  The last time the Bolts won back in 2004 I was in the hospital ER and was unable to watch them beat Calgary in Game 7.
