Hi, this is Dave under a more private account name. I never introduced myself but thought I'd take a moment to say thanks for a great site and community.

I'm an uber comic and Star Wars geek and am a collector first and investor second. I'm in my late 30s and just got into LEGOs for the very first time as a hobby two months ago when my man, The Flash, finally got his own mini-figure. I had no idea how awesome LEGOs were, even for adults or how amazingly well they held their value. I am building a relatively small to medium sized Brickfolio, mostly in licenses I am familiar with. Thanks again! See you in the forums!

Just LEGOs are awesome? Don't you mean... (Hears several whispers "Oh god, not again" "Shut up Frank" "Ugh") EVERYTHING IS AWESOME! EVERYTHING IS COOL WHEN YOU'RE PART OF A TEAM! EVERYTHING IS AWESOME! WE'RE LIVING OUR DREAM *Bum dun nun dum*

I think we can all agree that someone who is a collector first is very welcome - someone has to open and build sets to make Lego investing work!

Welcome, and if you are a true comic geek, I hope you are currently reading 'Uber'! :)

No, but I have met Kieron Gillen!

Great to hear! Gillen's Uber is my top comic book read every month.

I'll have to check it out. Superior Foes of Spider-Man is mine. It's hilarious!
