Haha..well, maybe the nice old ladies are trying to break the ice and want to warm you up, if you know what I mean, eh? <wink wink>

Shopped ;)

How is it that cold but 100% humidity?

Oh how I wish it was fabricated. Environment Canada says it is currently 65% humidity which is probably more accurate.. That was the forecast for the week, so I'm guessing their humidity forecast is even more wrong.

Believe it or not, when it snows the humidity spikes but it still feels dry. I'll take a dry cold vs a wet sort-of-cold any day of the week but we've had just stupid weather since the 27th of December.

Here's the last 24 hours in Fahrenheit. http://weather.gc.ca/trends_table/pages/ywg_imperial_e.html

Enjoy the warmth.

That's a bit nippy...

My list on Amazon Home Page for 'What Other Customers Are Looking At Right Now':

Kindle Fire, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Space Heater, Kindle, Google Chromecast, Amzn Gift Card, Fire Phone, Kindle, Nokia Lumia

The moral of the story is that if it is not bitterly cold where you are right now, then expect more resellers to be relocating to your area. And for that reason, those in Southern California now know why clearance only makes it to 15%.

God I miss San Diego. I'm in South Carolina and we had a low of 19 overnight. Brrrr. I've always considered cold weather to be a destination, rarely have I had to deal with it at home. Really looking forward to next week when it'll be in the 70's again.

Could we treat Nico like the Target stock tracker, we all know it exists but aren't allowed to talk about it? He's even starting to take over the daily deals thread.

My gf brought this aerial podcast up earlier today too.... I'm intrigued. Can listen to while I ride around besting you all to the lego deals. :)

A low of 19 in South Carolina. That seems cold for the region. My complaint is that it hasn't been above 10 degrees this whole week!

For this area 19 degrees is the kind of cold people tell their grandkids about, "back in my day it got so cold we had to drip the faucets...". <----Read with an old man voice.

the time saved by using acronyms is wasted on having to explain them.  it's extremely annoying.  i don't know them all either and hate having to figure it out or even worse, ask, because people hate that and say "well go look it up, there's a thread". that's always the answer, "there's a thread".  people can't always go search everything and read 30 pages or more of something. that's not the answer.  is it really that difficult to type out the name of a set?...i mean c'mon let's be honest.  using set numbers is even worse.  we are all good typers i assume, it's just taking the easy or lazy way out.

don't get me wrong, the acronyms can be useful but weighing out the pro and cons, it's a loss.

falling water (took me about 1 second to type)

just type out the names.  my point.  complaint/rant over, thank you.

Fallingwater is ONE word, just like Funhouse in 6857 is ONE word.  How did we get 2 letters abbreviation from ONE word ?????? :hyper:

I swore people were buying and selling moms when I first saw MoM

not judging at all I atually tried to trade my mother for  a camel. and to this day I say my father could have remarried by now, but have yet to be offered another camel.

Almost 4000 homes in my city had frozen water pipes last winter... And by law the pipes have to be a minimum of 7 feet below grade. Most froze under roadways or sidewalks where there was no snow cover to provide insulation.

#justsayin 19 isn't so bad. :)
