Just be careful. My father-in-law ended up with a broken hip and in surgery because he fell off a 3 step ladder trying to install a chandelier.

And apparently a sub contractor hired to do the dry-walling got halfway through finishing and then walked out on the job saying it was too much work to finish.. As we're swapping stories ... we hired a local company to install hardwood flooring on both levels of our house. Contractor was recommended by a colleague. After running into some installation trouble 2/3rds of the way into our ground floor, they finished the rest of the ground floor (including some shoddy work towards the end), never answered the phone (even when called from numbers unknown to them), then a month later sent a bill for just the ground floor. Needless to say I paid them significantly less than they asked and used the remainder to hire a respectable company to finish our top floor. Oh ... and then one of the new installers came out to do some fixes on the shoddy work downstairs (replace a few planks) and to do some painting - all outside of the original contract, and he left his tool box and everything in my garage after the first day, never to return. Toolbox is still untouched on a shelf in my garage, for the last 3+ years. Edited September 2, 20169 yr by Phil B
September 6, 20169 yr Unbelievable. It just keeps getting better. We didn't pay $400 million for the hostages in Iran. We paid $1.7 billion dollars. Wow! The $400 million was just one payment. SMH.

September 8, 20169 yr investing in 70792 Skull Slicer. Just marked them down to $6.00, still making $1.07 after fees and will hopefully dump them before kmarts make it to 75% off and the market gets even more saturated. Eventually left dozens of these at WM for $4 (in SoCal of all places). should have been a sign.

That might be weighing them down in the resale market.

September 8, 20169 yr For practically the same size set why the hell did they make the box of resistance xwing bigger than poes? That will be a shipping challenge.
