Stopped by a Rhode Island TRU and they wouldn't let me buy more than 5 of the 30447 Captain America's Motorcycle polys. I had grabbed 20 and left about 40 more. So I left them all on the counter and said thanks anyway.

EBay sellers who offer "or Best Offer" and then shoot down each offer you send their way, even one that's just a dollar under their asking price. And this is an experienced (>100 feedback) seller.

I've tried not to post this but I just can't keep it in any longer. I think the Starbucks lawsuit is absolutely ridiculous. I'm not surprised, as American's tend to be sue happy, I just find it obnoxious...

I had to look it up. Why couldn't they just ask for easy ice?

I think I'll sue every bar I've ever been to.

Or hot coffee?

See, maybe they're like me. I hate coffee. I wind up going to Starbucks because other people are going to starbucks. I order ice tea. I finish my iced tea in about 5 seconds because the amount of ice is ridiculous. I try to remember to ask for easy ice. Sometimes I forget and I regret it immediately when I have 20 oz of almost pristine ice and5 seconds of beverage enjoyment. Would I think of suing them over this? No, that's just ridiculous.

The proper reaction is to no longer buy their products. Suing over such a thing is for sociopaths.

I still say, order it the way you want it. if it's wrong, have them make it again. Corporate policy may dictate a general guideline for the proper amount of ice, but they will do less if asked. Suing because you don't know how to order the drink you want is childish and foolish. In the end, pretty much everyone who goes there is overpaying for brown water with sugar.

They make a really good chai! :)

This is more of a suggestion than a complaint. It would be real nice if USPS would charge actual weight rates...

Man, UPS annoys me because of that. I had something that was 11x13x5 and it was 4lbs, but I had to pay 6 lbs weight since they have dimensional rules even for smaller boxes like that.

...brown water with sugar.

Are you available for marketing consulting? I'm considering updating my eBay listings with "plastic cubes in box" [emoji6]
