Lol. I wish I had the luxury of drivers turning that way annoying me. I'm lucky if drivers around me use the center "suicide" turn lane (when it exists) to turn left rather than just stop and wait in the left-most traffic lane to turn. Also I'm lucky if drivers in front of me don't come to a complete stop when they see a "merge into your own lane" sign at an intersection for a right turn ("Oh, I've got my own lane and don't need to merge into other traffic right away or come to a stop? Better stop and wait for this traffic to pass!").

There are a few here in SoCal. Not common however, us Americans are stubborn.

We have roundabouts here in Minnesota. When you mentioned roundabouts I got a chuckle because my girlfriend loathes them haha.

Frickin' newbies on Bricklink undercutting exclusives.

Sold a AT AT Monday for 275 on eBay. Buyer stated he wanted it for his son and bought it from me because eBay said it would get there by today and he only had his son today for xmas.  I got it to the post office within the hour and stalked the packages progress.  It was out for delivery today.  I looked again and they attempted to drop it off, but no one was home and they left a notice.  I feel so bad for the dad and the kid.  I am not looking forward to his email.

As an American who lived in England for 5 years, I love roundabouts. Unfortunately, the few I have seen in America just confuse Our drivers and don't really help.

Fun fact - there's a round about at the entrance to LEGOLAND California

I been there! That was fun on a bun.

They're called a rotary here in the northeast.

There is a crazy messed up round about just at the entrance to Arlington National Cemetery outside of DC. I deal with traffic issues in my job and even I dont understand it. The way I see it, once you get in the circle you can never get out unless you violate some traffic law. Makes for some interesting driving behaviors.

I thought they were called roundabound.

Thanks mr. Mailman - now how do I get it out?

2016 will be a year to NOT remember.

There is plenty of language here but this sums up the feelings left behind from 2016.

Ciglione, Not sure what words of encouragement I can properly convey, except... sorry to hear that unfortunate news and hoping and praying your family has a better new year.

My most recent (and last. ever.) experience with TRU.

Tried ordering two Droid Troop transports during the flash sale on the 9th, used a GC and the rest on my Paypal. When I tried to check out I got an error code and it booted me back to the cart, where I tried to check out again, only to find out my GC had been drained. I was pretty confused but then realized what must have happened. Sure enough, my PP had been charged as well. They charged me $60 without even creating a order.

3 weeks later. More than 10 phone calls, a dozen emails that got no response, and two people hanging up on me when I was on hold for 40 minutes, I finally get a supervisor. She quickly add fixes the giftcard and coldly tells me that Paypal will release my money when they feel like it, and then to have a nice day. That's after I told her my entire story, including the absolute incompetence of her underlings, the people hanging up on me, and the fact that they held my money for almost a month. She didn't care that I had spent SIX F***ING HOURS of my life talking to the idiots (except for one lady who was an angel) they employ on the phone, plus however many more it took to write emails that they never responded too.

It's not that I was screaming and yelling at them either, I treated each representative with respect and was calm through these interactions. Maybe it was that I obviously sounded young, I don't know. All I know is that 9/10 of the people I talked to didn't treat me as a customer. The first lady (who was awesome) did give me a code for $20 off, but the sale savings would have saved me $40+ on its own ($20 was the max she could give me according to her). Her higher ups refused to locate me the sets I actually "paid" for.

The final supervisor acted like she had resolved the issue (even though I'm still $10 out of pocket) and told me to have a nice day. I simply responded that they had lost a once loyal customer (my family has spent thousands over the past ten years at TRU) All she said after that was that she was sorry it had to be like that, and then goodbye. She then hung up.

Worst. Business. ever.
