They won't send you a box. I tried to get them to send me a box so I could return something they sent me by accident. They wanted me to go to the store to get a box and they would reimburse me...

That`s poor customer service IMO. If they messed up, they should at least compensate you additionally. It`s not asking too much to have you item(s) shipped properly and to at least send you what you ordered.

I was looking for my glasses the other night to watch TV and I finally noticed them on my head when I went to clean my teeth in front of the mirror!

I hate it when my day job meetings/obligations prevented me from purchasing some sweet deals on eBay

I don't know what else we call it when a poster's main contribution to the conversation is drive-by one-liners and the absence of any rational discussion or follow-up to the positions he's (supposedly) taking.

 

It's not nice to call people trolls, of course, and I've been guilty of that offense myself, but it's not nice to troll, either.
