Hi

Thought I was one of a few until I was told about this site.  Been collecting a few lego sets including tower bridge, millenium falcon to name a few.

I wanted to ask what everyone does about storage? as you can imagine the tower bridge is a fairly big box. I have kept them in a dry dust free room, but was wondering whether i should buy an airtight box just in case? i don't want the box to fade or anything.

Thanks all

Welcome! There are plenty of good articles on the blogs about storing boxes, you should find something useful there.

Iechyd da, Tom!

....Okay, are you two snockered? What the bloody heck language are you speaking?! :frantics:

Welcome.  I've been to Wales.  Beautiful place.  My mom is from Runcorn England and I have been a few times to visit relatives.  I'm probably not spelling this right but I believe it's Rhyll (seaside amusement place) that I've been to.  Also visited a few castles in Wales.  Its kinda cool seeing all that history especially when you have grown up in a desert like me.

Wow! I do believe that is one of your most serious posts in the "Introduction" forum! Congrats, Anakinisvader!

Welcome to BrickPicker!  You probably won't need an airtight box.  I just keep my investing sets in my closet, and that is what most people starting out do.  If you have your LEGO sets in a dry dust free room, you probably won't need an airtight box.  As long as you keep your set out of direct sunlight, the box shouldn't fade.

If you need more information on storage, than just look it up in the blog section of BrickPicker.  There is tons of helpful info to be discovered there.

Hope this helps you.
