To be honest I haven't come across much worth mentioning.  Most of the Walmarts around me haven't budged on prices.  I got a couple of SB sets at half price and mirkwood elves, that's about it.  Some Uruk battlepacks for 30%.  Anyone interested let me know.

I appreciate your optimism.  I'm pretty deep in these now, but worst case scenario is I ultimately keep them all and have a decent Helm's Deep setup.
