Been lurking for a while and just thought I'd say hi. Was a humongous fan of Lego as a kid, and just recently got back into it with the LOTR and Monster Fighters sets which are pretty awesome. I am kicking myself now for not getting back into it sooner. I'm a big Indiana Jones and Star Wars fan too, and I hate it I missed so many good sets....

And Fcbarcelona101...oh trust me I am ha ha! Been scouring every clearance section in every Meijer, Target, and Walmart in the area! Got some good deals last night on MF sets. Can't wait to build them! (And yes I have a spares to invest. )

Just let bygones be bygones and start picking u sets now! I regret a few things I missed, but I'm thankful to have gotten on board soon enough to grab all the LOTR stuff!

Welcome Jeremy! I remember when I first started investing, going to every Target within 20 minutes of my house at least once every 3 days, but that was during Christmas Break. :)

Pretty stoked that I have most of the Monster Fighters theme already. I don't have the Haunted House yet (nor the Zombies one...got back into collecting too late ) but that's about it. Trying to decide if I should get one or two MFHH ha ha. Even though I'm not that old, I grew up watching The Adams Family and The Munsters so these sets are so super!

And any Indy sets still out there reasonably priced? I don't care if they aren't great sets...I just love Indy. Or have I completely missed the ball on this line without spending an arm and a leg?

Ha ha...totally agree. I never would have forgiven myself for not getting the LOTR sets since I love the books and films so much! It's killing me right now...Helm's Deep (regular price) is in just waiting to be built but I'm holding off opening it until I can find another Helm's Deep on clearance for the collection.

Do have the Orc Forge and smaller ones built though. I do have to give the Orc Forge props...wasn't real excited about it at first but I love it now. Saurman's Uruk-hai are great and the forge is really detailed. Really nice set highlighting a very minor segment in the movie. Can't wait to see new sets in the coming years highlighting the big events. :)
