What is best way to sell kits? I'm new to site.

I have 12 Lego "expert" building kits I would like to sell. I have the kit numbers (10251, 10243, 10255, 10260, 10278, 10246, 10270, 10182, 10185, 10211, 10224, 10197). Are any of these worth more than I paid for them? What is the best way to sell them? I only have boxes for about half, but have instructions and bricks for all. I am in the process of rebuilding them to show potential buyer(s) all the bricks are there.

    Half those mentioned sets are highly desired and sell themselves, "Joe" was Quick for a reason (assume he made an offer) as I also would have been :)
