I though they used someone else for Halo Infinite, but I just looked it up and it's the same guy, just sounded a little different than I remember.  Not sure why they wouldn't use the actual voice actor.  From his IMDB, he pretty much has only done the Halo games so he can't be that much to hire.

    Many are thinking Master Chief will take his helmet off on the show, so they wanted an actor (Pablo Schreiber).

    Oh, it’s indeed true. Some fun moments in the pilot, quite gory and not really sure I understand when the series is supposed to take place in the Halo timeline, but seeing Master Chief remove his helmet and be greeted with the actor who played “pornstache” on Orange is the New Black is [emoji1785]
