I’ m new in this site and i don’t really know how it works, i’m looking to make a collection, but also to sell and i don’t know where to find thé prices it’s worth

This question has been asked a lot so that's why people don't answer. Ebay sold items is the best place to find selling prices. Amazon is good as well to see top dollar prices but not everyone can sell on Amazon so I don't really recommend it. Buy what you like and what interests you. I don't buy many City sets because I find them kind of boring and they all look the same.
