I use this video to motivate my kids.  

No matter how high and mighty you become in the galaxy, repeated failure (losing 2 Death Stars, forgetting about security cameras when wiping out your academy, not taking the high ground, consistently delegating to morons,  etc...) will drag you back down to reality.

LOL - Unfortunately, that's the standard of driving in the UK these days. They're either right up your arse or you have to wait ages for them to park up... eventually.
