Registered yesterday, hello all! I'm 29 y/o and am new to the Lego-investing world. Willing to give it a small try. I mean, if I buy stuff that doesn't increase value, I guess my future kids will love playing with Lego like I used to do too!

    Thanks! I think I'll be reading a lot and pick up on tips from everyone here. RRPs in the Netherlands seem to be... high. I hope fellow-Dutchies on here will share great deals / discounts. For now, I'll be patient and wait till "THE PRICE IS RIGHT!".

    Welcome / welkom! ;) Dutch RRP is indeed high and overall not much opportunities to score very good deals. But every disadvantage has it's advantage; at least exclusives and/or Ideas sets can give good returns. Still many people don't know Shop@home, so you can make use of that. I'll advice you not to look at the Dimensions topic. All that 99cts violence is a little depressing to say the least.. ;)
