Seasons Greetings...

What Lego sets made their way to your home this Christmas or Hanukkah?  Our family was lucky enough to acquire the 71040 Disney Castle.  How about you?

Quite a few of the retired Hero Factory and Bionicle sets.  Also quite a few Mixels made their way into my home. Too bad both themes are ending.  They were my son's favorite sets.

Almost every day this year we had some, none on Christmas Day.

Jestros volcanic lair, Rey speeder, friends rollercoaster and hot dog truck.

Caterham for me, vacation getaways for my son (7), build-a-buzz and build-a-zurg for my son (3 1/2) brick bounty for my 8yr old nephew

Caterham and gbhq for me, daughter got the friends roller coaster and Disney Princess aladin set. 6 hours building the first floor so far

The "Great Loot of 2016" in all of it's glory!! We take this style picture of our Lego Loot every year. It gives us a bit of a reference at times.

And...YES...my kids (and us) are a bit spoiled!!

Nice! I don't have ANY of those sets lol.

Santa decided there would be no LEGO for me this year... something about needing new curtains/Bed sheets and tools to fix the place up. I'm not sure what the bastard was thinking!

That great loot pic is insane. I hope you have 9 kids. 

I got the brick bank

This year santa brought us gift cards.  We just finished ordering most of the baseplates we needed for expanding our modular city.

Santa brought the Friends Rollercoaster, Friends Cupcake set and Frozen Castle 41148 for our daughter (two items were brought by Santa to my parents and parents-in-law house). Santa brought me a ticket for the sauna, a bottle of Chanel eau de toilette and a package of coffee. Seems like he wants me to smell good while relaxing in the sauna and avoiding me to fall asleep
