13- Some bad guy from Blackstar I think, 18- Ace from Centurions, 20 Beastman 21 Liono 22 Panthro 23 Blackstar I think as well

29 + 30 blackstar companions 

 

14, 16, 18, 25, 26, & 27 look like Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Bendy toys. 28 & 30, as well.

19, as well.  That's an Ogre.

Thank guys for the help. Looking at Ebay sales I'm pretty happy as it was all free. 

Bringing back memories with that ogre. I had a bunch of those dungeons and dragons guys. Great for battles in the bathtub.
