Just wanted to introduce myself. As my screen name suggests I'm Tim and I live in Chicago. I only recently got back into LEGO as my nieces are just starting to use them and it is a great excuse for me to visit the Michigan Ave LEGO store which is only 3 short blocks away. So far I haven't met too many other AFOL's but the LEGO collecting hobby is growing I think and this Site is awesome! Keep up the good work.

Thanks Tim and welcome to BrickPicker. AFOLs are a secretive bunch, but we are trying to break people out of their shells and teach them to be proud LEGO fans...LOL. It's hard for 40 something year olds like myself to tell people the we play and collect LEGO bricks. They look at us like we have three heads. Little do they know how much money these little plastic bricks sell for a couple years after the original purchase. Enjoy the site and hit us up with any questions, comments or concerns...

Hello Tim, I just joined up myself and just got back into collecting LEGO as well.
