January 9, 20169 yr Word around the campfire is that this has been for sale since 2002. Instead of accepting offers, he's kept it and sporadically raised the asking price.
January 16, 20169 yr Looks like he ended the listing. Even if he got a 150k bid he would have had to pay 22k in fees and worry about a possible return or fraud. That 28k extra would not have been worth the headache.
