Hi everyone.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Dewitte and I'm from The Netherlands.

A week ago I bought a sliding lid wooden box with a Lego logo on the lid, filled with all kind of Lego stuff.  That was the start of a journey (back) into Lego Land.

I'm a fairly good internet researcher and soon after the start of my journey I found Brickpicker, Bricklink, Brickset and a whole plethora of other Lego related internet sites. Lego Land was starting to become Lego-Universe, but as vast as it might seem it is a Universe where one is not alone. I never realised that there are so many Lego-Lovers in this world. Lego evolved over the years, that became clear also. There are so many Lego pieces I never seen before, and so many sets that one can buy, that it seems endless.

All the memory's of the days past, when my brothers and I where still little boys, where coming back. What a joy we had building our creations. In these days we used our own imagination and with the limited amount & kind of bricks we had, the most beautiful creations where build. At least they where beautiful in our own eyes.

50 years have past since I left Lego land, but now I'm being catapulted into Lego Universe I do not know where it might bring me, but I let time do it's thing.

Kindest regards,

Dewitte.

apologies for eventual grammar & style mistakes, Dutch is my mother-tongue.

I'm certain that your continuing journey down the LEGO path will bring you much joy. Don't worry about spelling and grammar. Can't go worse than me.
