Hi, writing from San Francisco here, checking in as a new member.

Just rediscovered Legos in my early 40's since stopping to play when I was 8 or 9 years old. It occurs to me that the set that I was given

had a lift up flap and different parts segregated in their own molded styrofoam compartments - maybe in 1979 or something like that?

Been playing Indiana Jones/Star Wars/LOTR/The Hobbit games on the PS3 and did not realize what a vibrant thriving Lego communities we have.
