Yeah they just said it's going to take 'a little bit longer'. Now set to before June 20. Now what I'm really struggling with is figuring out whether to build the set as is, or do the ship separate. Which is better?

For anyone wanting to sell and don't have the brickfolio backed up. If I was selling right now I would probably just take a look a recent sold listings on ebay and go with that.

May 16th and my order placed all the way back on April 14th is still saying waiting on new stock. Any...ideas....on when this one might ship for me?

I'm trying to remember if I ever had a set that was glued...

What that tells me is that it's almost more important that USPS handle stuff with care than it is for the seller to be careful how they ship it.

Off the top of my head, I would think that collectors would be willing to pay more since they aren't interested in making profit.

Well maybe this time they'll make sure not to get caught...lol.

Yep ebay listings are super sketchy. I've been under the assumption that he was doing it manually this whole time.

Got one step closer to getting one today. I asked my wife if I could and offered to relinquish my birthday and christmas present credits..lol. She didn't really say no, but then it sold out on Amazon...

Yeah I'm definitely getting one this year if anyone can keep it in stock long enough.

Are you not allowed to only count the profit as income? I mean the sets cost you something to begin with so I don't think you profited 40 grand.

My head hurts just thinking about the build on that thing. So many repeats.....I'd never buy it. And if someone bought it for me, I'd make someone else build it.

So I'm gonna weigh in here. I know there was talk pages ago about 'destroying the brand', 'not collectible', etc. I collect lego because of its quality. The rareness of the sets has nothing to do with it. Megablocks suck to me...in fact any knock offs suck as far as I'm concerned. As far as building toys go, it's Lego or gtfo. I do feel bad for the investors, but collectors like myself aren't going to care how many sets they rerelease. I realize some will, but remember there's a quality to consider there. As for 'where were we when the original was there'.......we were younger and had less money, so we couldn't get it.

I just got one of these yesterday at the store, since of course I won't be able to get 75192 for awhile. I wasn't planning on getting it, but after taking a closer look I kind of like it.
