First Art set I have built and I really enjoyed it. If you can pick it up for $80 I definitely would recommend it to build but won’t be getting any to sell.

Finished the most recent UCS X-wing. Overall it makes a good addition to my UCS collection (8 built with the Razor Crest still to build). The wing mechanism is pretty cool, but the wings are so heavy that they droop a little especially when they are in the closed position. R2 also looks a little off. Now to find a place to display it.

The Great Wave got me hooked! A lot of the bad reviews on the Tongue set were about missing pieces in the first run sets that were fixed by Lego with a supplemental bag that was added to the set. So I guess I will be contacting them at some point. Others complained that the all Red on Red build was too hard to discern with the instructions. I am building The Amazing Spider-Man now and well the set is, Amazing! I got it for $140 on eBay and definitely worth it so far. I went and bought all of the 3-D art/ideas/icons sets this week to build and hang. Grabbed Starry Night from Lego yesterday to get the GWP and Tales of the Space Age from Amazon Sale as well. I think I will pass on Modern Art unless it goes to the 40% off sale bin. I read an article titled: “Too Much Nostalgia”, maybe on Jays Brick Blog about how none of the Nostalgia sets: Castle, Space, or Pirates have sold well. I really liked the Lion Knights Castle build, display and the Minifigures and for $100 off it was a great pickup. I can’t wait for the new Medieval Market to come out, hopefully March 1st to add to mine.

well looks like promo bricks is reporting 40603 Euro 150 and 40604 Euro 70 respectively for gwp purchase levels to get them so think that will be $150 us and $70 us. Looking at the article those ornaments look extremely small. Did anyone else get the rewards center bauble ? I did it is very very small. I was expecting a full size traditional bauble ornament. it looks like about one fourth the normal size : ) I've spent a lot in November with all the lego sales so I may have to hold off on these and buy them in mid to late December or January when sales for them slow and ebay gwp prices are at their lowest. Down to $37.50 on 40601 and $25 on 40602 on ebay. Of course Amazon has 40601 at $33 and 40602 at $17. Who would have expected ebay would be higher than amazon. Surely these new ones with a $150 buy in instead of $250 will go lower. Love 40603. 40604 want one for the collection not excited about it. They look a little too small for those Charlie Brown little Christmas trees. Perhaps the perspective is wrong I am seeing and they are bigger than I am thinking : )

Not that Space, but the Nostalgia Retro sets Space Galaxy Explorer, Pirates Eldorado Fortress and Castle Lion Knights. If the retro sets are doing so poorly I am surprised we are getting another Castle set in 2024 the Medieval Market and another Space set as well I think it was from the Blacktron line. Unfortunately, the Shuttle was extended, and of course I am sitting on a lot of these in minty big black boxes. I think that cross themed Space sets coming out in 2024 is a great idea and some sets I would normally never look at like the City and Technic sets look amazing. I like how they have the "Space" branding on the box art and this may cause some consumers to crossover and buy more. I feared the same and wasn't going to open the box. However, I believe we can reposition this thing correctly. This is not a castle for medieval adults but makes perfect sense as a medieval rich kid's playground. I'm going to put it in the Lion King's Castle, so the King's son can have some fun.

That's not how I read that section that you copied/pasted. I read that as if you are a new seller, you won't have to pay the fee for the first 365 days. Nothing about if it's an item that I have only been selling for less than 365 days. But, I did read the details of how they calculate if you are "low inventory" or not and it seems like it wouldn't really apply if it was an item that you just started stocking. It's a bit unclear, but it doesn't seem that it would apply in many/most cases if you're selling through your stock in a few months.

That's why you should day 1 buy 25-50 of each set in gem mint boxes, put em back 5 years and forget it......And DON'T CRACK!

It's amazon's way of saying - we gonna screw you sellers even more. Specifically FBA - Inbound placement fee, low inventory fee etc. The discounts they seem to offer for non-peal std size items etc negates the overall charges.

Gingerbread house was stagnant then it was on Oprah and went ballistic. I think the carriage ride has some potential as people will want to add it to their city’s but don’t see it sustaining above $50. Might be a good time to pickup the Ghost for $159 and get both. House 4 should be returning at some point in December as well.
