The units inside are identical as I understand. I do specify though on the eBay sales and put them slightly below the US packaging prices. They don't like me I guess cancelled from awhile ago or current. I bought a good amount of tree house as well with none cancelled. The tree house I am not sure. The extremis sea port you could order at least a dozen last week and now it is down to a limit of 5. I can add 5 to my cart for an order. Not sure.
