November 9, 201510 yr Gamestop has the absolute worst customer service......... Pre-ordered Fallout 4 pip-boy edition a while ago, but since my bank replaced all my cards with those stupid chip-cards, the old card number is no longer valid. I can't update the payment online because it gives me an error, and I've been on hold for over an hour trying to get someone on the phone. Good thing I have it pre-ordered at a few other stores. I'll never buy anything from gamestop again.

November 10, 201510 yr Ebay is the devil tonight. I just spent more than two hours putting together draft listings for some vintage Apple games I am selling and ebay decides to freeze. It says the drafts are saved, but then I go to my drafts tab and none of them are there. It is so frustrating! I hate redoing work.

November 11, 201510 yr Sellers who take over a week to ship simple products that are likely on hand and advertise (1-2 days to ship). I'm in no rush for my items, but if you aren't going to ship in a timely matter; don't advertise that you will!!! And maybe even state: "I take a long time to ship, sometimes over a week, sorry". I think i have 3-4 items right now from ebay and amazon third party that are only just now getting tracking numbers after over a week. One of them from Nov 3rd hasn't even got that yet, so i'll have to contact them here soon. One seller i contacted the other day told me they forgot to drop it at the post office.... so you forgot for a whole week or what? My Ebay states ships within 1 business day, and i have never gone over that for any item. If you state it, abide by it.
