So this month was the first time I spent enough to qualify for some ebay bucks.  Anyway, they expire the 2nd so I ended up using them.  My ebay order details shows the bucks taken off the total but when I go to paypal, the full amount is charged.  Is this normal?  Do I get credited later? Any help would be appreciated.

I think only the ppl without much ebay bucks from last qtr are getting this promo.

So to the people who got ebay bucks last quarter but did not get the promo today, how much bucks did you get last quarter ???  Just trying to get a sense of how much eBay bucks is too much (for eBay)

I had $9 bucks and usually don't have much if any bucks, but I almost always get these promos.  I just don't buy many big ticket items on ebay.

I have about 200 ebay bucks and didn't receive this promo. My wife on the other hand had 0 ebay bucks but got the promo

This is obvious, I just thought to ask.  Did you check the rotating banner on www.ebay.com (login to your account first) to make sure the promo did not show up there?  The emails usually arrived late for me

I have $35 in eBay bucks and I received the offer.

1st & 3rd account, no promo. I've spent tons on 1st account & have eBay bucks on account 1. Account 2, received the promo and I haven't bought anything on that account in months. Account 2 is the only one that had the banner.

My wife's account earned $450 in eBay Bucks last quarter, which are already spent. She didn't get today's promo. My account hasn't received any promos in 2016 after getting most of them in 2015.

Interesting.  I never had more than $40 in a quarter and got the promo about 90% of the time

I have $5 in eBay bucks.  I never have over $10.  I don't do much buying, but I do move a lot of product on eBay.

I always wondered if it's tied to selling more a lot more than you're buying, to try to get you to buy?

no banner either after logging in.

I did get the promo, had already exchanged my ~$75 in previous quarter bucks for an EBay GC earlier this month to lock them in. I'm not a large-volume seller. So I think this is just "luck of the draw". So far there's been only 1 promo I've missed this year.

Friendly reminder that your eBay bucks will expire soon if you don't use them.

Just bought an eBay gift card with mine so I didn't have to make an unwanted purchase.

Give it some time ... doesn't always arrive at the same time for everyone. If not, trust me, it might be your first time, but won't be your last

That's what I usually do. I don't get email until 11AM EST or so I just hit home page and it was usually there but not this time.

I see the notice on the front page.

The pattern for me has been recently: no 10% offers, but the stacked 4-6-8% offers I do get. Seems to be the same today.

Time to change all my $49.99 listings to $50..
