i managed to pick up 9 spinner packs, for 2.99 a piece, ive resold all of them within 2 weeks for anywhere from 17.99 to 29.99, krogers doesnt usually carry legos but if ur out shopping check out the toy section.

Yes. I left all but the couple I bought, theres plenty. What comes around goes around.

Oh yeah. Batman and superheoro stuff real cheap. $6 for the 4x4 blue jeep. 29 for batcave. They were all 6 deep at least.

 

I would have dropped a grand easy. Lol

Anybody know if there is a way you can see Kroger Inventory around you? I apparently have the Largest Kroger in the US right down the street from me (or so they claim it to be)

It needs to be a Kroger Marketplace (more similar to a meijer).  I just cleared two out.

Wow, insane clearance---congrats all!

I asked my wife to make a run for me. After she stopped laughing and threatened to send me to the couch when I got home, I conceded that I will miss out on this sale.

I haven't sold much in the year I have been investing so I can hardly blame her. Congrats to those that cleaned up.

I missed most of it. All that was left was MF Trains for 39.99, Loki Cosmic Cube sets, a few city sets, and SW Coruscant Planet sets for 6.99. I never thought to check there except after Christmas. Lesson learned. 

My kroger doesn't have Legos...

 

I have Kroger stores all around me, but none of them are big enough to carry Lego.

Closest one to me is 4 hrs

Don't think I can swallow that roadtrip

Thank you for posting this, went to the first one opened on the East Coast (Midlothian Virginia) and bought every single Lego set they had on sale... I managed to talk myself into another 33% off with the store manager. So pretty much an absolutely amazing deal. Got 70+sets!

I actually do find myself quite good at talking to store managers. Especially when flouting the fact that I'm going to spend crazy amounts of money on plastic...

Batcaves at 17. Wow. I pickedvone up at 29. Figured my boys MIGHT be into batman down the road. I saw so much stuff on clearance that i really wasnt sure what to get.reselling shipping etc seems like such a pain. I think the highlight for me was a 13$ tie fighter.

Dang! Nearest Kroger marketplace is 4 hours from me. How bad is it that I seriously thought if I could make the trip? Gas alone would probably run me $50 and standard IRS mileage rate would be over $200, but for these types of savings it would be worth it if I knew for sure their inventory!
