Any thoughts on the long term production of these? I'm eyeing them as relatively easy inventory to churn and reinvest if they sell out in 3 weeks and then get reintroduced 6 months later.

This could very well turn out to be a quiet retirement, right under our noses while everybody is eyeing the big "Retiring Soon" sets...

The reduction to limit 2 is quite telling, while the next set in this range (the 40154 Iconic Pencil Pot) is still at limit 10.

Except that post was a year ago.  Which is a year to long for this type of set and this one was originally limit 99

Ooops, I looked at the day and month, and overlooked the year of the post I quoted. LOL

Anyway, these small miscellaneous sets don't usually run for longer than a year and a half. So a retirement of this little set could still be in the books.
