See email below. I was wondering why I couldn't access my account earlier but apparently TRU reset my password around the same time. They blame it on other entities out there but I think it's their system as I have a unique password for every website out there.

    My account was locked this morning and I know I didn't type in my password incorrectly.  I had to reset my password and now all looks good.  My rewards are still there.
