Just2Good on Eurobricks has found a logo for some new theme titled "Speed Champions" that is believed to be released later in 2015. Earlier there was a rumor for something based on the TV show Top Gear so I am guessing this is what became of that. Anyway here is a list of rumored sets with the tiny logo.

75908 - Ferrari 458 Italia GT2
75909 - McLaren P1

75912 - Porsche 911 GT Finish Line

  • Awesome sets.  I picked these up today at TRU.   However, boy did Lego miss a chance at an epic set number.  They gave 75911 to the McLaren, and 75912 to the Porsche set.  Really?  You cou

75909 - McLaren P1

75912 - Porsche 911 GT Finish Line

The 75912 - Porsche 911 GT Finish Line is ok...

The main problem for me, is LEGO McLaren P1 is either 1 stud too long or 1 stud too narrow.  The real car looks "wider".

On the other hand, the Porche 911 looks right proportion wise

Maybe the McLaren could have benefited from being a seven stud wide design over the more standard six but who knows if that may have made it look 'fatter'. I agree the Porsche is a good mix of minifigure scale with realism.

The Scuderia Ferrari Truck box is awesome looking in person.

$99.99, at TRU at least.

Saw it in person at Toys R Us should have scanned it.

In person is better than pictures.  Awesome.

yep 99.99 retail.  Have one ready to build.  Daughter already built the 4 cars and I have the truck and 2 pit stops ready to go.

Are any of these TRU exclusives?  I seem to remember reading that on one of the reviews, but can't find it anywhere.  Anyone know?

We picked up one of the cars and the pit stop today.  TRU in store inflated the prices, or else we would've gotten all of them. The husband couldn't wait for the pit stop though.

They are for sale at SAH, I was looking at them before.  I'm waiting for double VIP points for these..

Prices at my local TRU were same as LEGO Shop at Home.   The hot car seems to be the McLaren P1.  Sold out at all my local stores.  The other hot car is the LaFerrari, it's also basically gone.  Plenty of the others.

If you're waiting for double-VIP, you get a better deal with the TRU $5 off $25 coupon + 10% on Thursday.  Including TRU rewards, this puts the effective cost of each car at $10.33 + tax (assuming you buy them 2 at a time and use the coupon).   Not bad at all at that price

Thanks. How do you get 10% off on thursdays? Is the coupon online as well?? I'm trying to learn the tricks of the trade on how to score the best deals. That's why I like this site, many people helping others out and posting deals.. The more I save, the more LEGO I can buy. lol

With the TRU credit card, they give 10% off on Thursdays.  So, apply for the card.  Note: you get 15% off the day you get the card, might want to plan for that.

To get the 10%, you have to 0) be in-person at a TRU on Thursday; 1) ask the cashier, which will activate the savings; and 2) swipe with your TRU credit card *first*.  If you don't want to put the whole purchase on the card, here's a tip.  Swipe with the TRU credit first, as above. Now, choose "credit" on the touchscreen, followed by "partial payment".  Put in a small amount (I usually charge $0.05) and hit "accept".   You'll be returned to the payment screen, and you can now swipe your usual debit/credit card and pay for the remainder.  Bonus: using this technique, you get double TRU rewards, the equivalent of 8% back.
