Hi BrickPickers, I am a blind Lego fan. My sighted friend and I have invented a system that lets blind people build Lego sets independently! You can see it in action at (If the forum messed up the link, type Lego for the blind, into Youtube and click on the first search result) and you can download our text-based instructions from legofortheblind.com! Thanks! P.S. Apologies if this topic is in the wrong place, I didn't know quite where to put it.

Hi evereyone, Just made a stop motion build of Cinderella's castle/ disney's castle. This thing is tremendous. It's huge! Really liked the detailing. What do you guys think of it?

I am ecstatic about this set. It's not the scale of the set released in 2008 that contained over 1200 pieces, but with the price of 29.99, I'm happy. This one will make any kid happy. The base of the ship is made from pieces that you can only get by purchasing sets that are over 50 dollars and the playability is endless. I also like that the haul is designed out of Lego bricks and not a huge molded piece for the bath tub. As a kid I never cared for taking Legos in the tub. Enjoy the video.

I got the Lone Ranger for Xmas and a set of power function to motorize it. Looks great with the high speed train under the tree. A really fun build and amazing detail. Enjoy the video. edit: skip to about 8:15 to see it under the xmas tree.

It was more difficult that i thought. I should have payed attention to the 10+ age on the box. But my son enjoyed it. Let me know what you all think.

  8. Did something a little different. I purchased one of the kits designed by Chris McVeigh. I asked if I could do a video of one of his sets and he graciously accepted. Enjoy.

For the next two weeks, my son and I are going to build 4 Star Wars models together. Trying out a camera with 2k and 4k images. Any input is appreciated. Here are the first two we did on this rainy Saturday, will build 75052 and video him playing next week.

Set Name: Grand Carousel Set Number: 10196 Theme: Creator, Expert, Exclusive, Sculptures Years Available at Retail : 2009 to 2011 Retaile Price: $249.99 # of Elements: 3,263 # of Minifigs: 9 Introduction : Based on 2009 threads I've read, the set was released to mixed reviews. However, 10196 has aged very well, became an AFOL favortie, and is now among the most expensive sets to purchase. I waited nearly 2 years before finally finding a 10196 that was a "decent" deal (meaning combination of price and condition) Box and Instructions: The box is about the same size as the Ewok Village and recent modular buildings. It measures out to 18.80" x 22.80" …

Set Name: Marina Bay Sands (Republic of Singapore) Set Number: 21021 Theme: Architecture Year Released: Late 2013 / Early 2014 Retaile Price: SGD 89.90 (converted to $64.77 as of March 10, 2015) # of Elements: 602 # of Minifigs: 0 Introduction : This set was a limited edition set exclusive to Singapore. I've read that only 10,000 sets were produced and was available in the Marina Bay Sands gift store and selected retailers. Box: The box design is beautiful with various pictures of the hotel. The standard black Architecture styled was used. The box itself is comparable to the Lego Ideas / CUUSOO Back to the Future set (10.24" x 7.48" x 2.76") and esign. W…

I just found this set 2015 at a Toys R'Us store near Charleston, West Virginia. I didn't waste any time building the model (without using the instructions) and writing up an article which describes the part selection, the build process and the finished model. The finished model is very detailed but pretty small. I enjoyed the build and think the finished model looks good. It is about average for a set in the Architecture series. It is a bit more repetitive and less engaging than some of the other models such as Big Ben, Eiffel Tower or UN Headquarters sets. The part selection includes rare and expensive parts, and is a great addition to a LEGO Architecture …

I just finished this massive project. It took so long. It's my first time capturing a technic build on video. I'm not sure why I went all out crazy, but I'm pleased with the results. I even included an extremely fast build on the Hovercraft at end. I hope you enjoy watching as much as I did building.

A decent build. Now that I have most of the new City sets edited and launched I can now return to an extremely complicated set that has taken a long time to complete. In the mean time don't hesitate to subscribe to the channel.
