Anyone Brickpickers in the San Fernando Valley looking for a Vampire Castle? The Target in Northridge on the corner of Balboa and Nordhoff had a 9468 on 30% discount yesterday. And the box was sweeeeeeet. I would've gotten it, but I already have a number of them and was on the hunt for other stuff. Get it while you can! And remember your Red Card!

We are thinking about driving the 4 hours (each way!) to take our son to this place, and wondering if anybody else has gone? Also--for anybody in the area with kids, anything fun to take a 5 year old to see? I really don't think I would drive 10 hours to go there--but if we can parlay it with another stop--we will do it.

I am hoping no. I am here for work. I have a full Saturday essentially free. I am going to rent a car and see how many TRU, B&******, Lego store, Walmarts I can find. Should make a fun trip report, who knows what might happen, haha.
