  2. It would have been interesting to see the AT-AT walker in style of the holiday X-Wing from 2019 or perhaps designed in red with pearl gold trimmings for a Santa's sleigh appearance and include a modern Santa Vader (a Santa Palpatine might have been funny too). At the least they did not take the easy route of making another basic walker then sticking a pair of reindeer antlers with a red nose at the front like some inflatable yard ornament from Home Depot. This is an incredibly niche set for the holidays and unless there are some exclusive/limited pieces to the build, it's pretty much the Gingerbread Darth Vader pulling the reins here. I am not a fan of gingerbread in general yet somehow enjoy the idea in toy form or for a winter village layout. Did not realize a cookie could be so divisive, haha.
  3. 1by1Brick is one-part large scale diorama world building, one-part storytelling. I am not exactly sure where the story part starts but he does have convenient playlists.
  4. Second verse same as the first yet different somewhat.
  5. Disney Promo: 40774 Classic Animation Scenes gift-with-purchase, currently said to be a $130 threshold on all themes starting late October. (via a Brick Tap source)
  6. All those webinars are based on getting more sellers from China,

  8. I had the “honor” of getting to see the D. Slice built in person today. You know how sometimes you are unsure about a set but once you see it in person it just wows you and you have to have it? Well, this is not that set! To be fair none of the Minifigures or the loose builds, except for the imperial shuttle, were in their display position like they probably will be once the set is in the storefront window, but wow it looked really bad to me just a big grey block of bricks. The UCS AT-AT and MILF both look awesome without minifigures. Was holding out hope that when Shop Disney has their 25% off everything sale later this year to grab one but even at $750 it’s a no deal for me.
  9. That's fine. Opinions vary. It represents what is fun about Lego that is lost on the SW fanbois and resellers. By far the best Star Wars set of the year and it will be a fun decoration next to my UCS AT-AT.
  10. Here is a channel for a builder called Mitch with absolutely insane creations.
  11. its freaking ugly. not even good for gwp. They would have done better doing with the AT AT as they did with the holiday X-Wing
  12. Last week
  13. Just the ones based on US. Everyone else is fair game. That event would be at 1 AM Beijing time. How inconsiderate. tsk tsk tsk
  14. LOL. They also have an event coming up for resellers. Best practices for Amazon resellers. Wed, Oct 8, 2025 | 01:00 PM - 02:00 PM EDT I thought amazon doesn't need resellers anymore.
  15. Everyone gets $51!
  16. In case you have not heard: https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/news/press-releases/2025/09/ftc-secures-historic-25-billion-settlement-against-amazon Pretty sure Papa Bezos and Bot Commander Jassy are going to pass these costs to somebody else
  17. I think this is so weird and don't understand why Lego would ever spend any development/production time on this. I'm not even sure I'd pay $30 for it. I find it hard to imagine that anyone down the road would feel like they missed out not getting this set at retail.
  18. It started at 5:30 PM Beijing time, just the perfect time for Amazon's favorite sellers to join in and watch
  19. Did anyone attend it or watch it? I signed up for it and then saw the 530AM and laughed. What time zone was this for?
  20. Okay, it would seem everyone is tossing their Griffin castle into the ring. And some other builds I came across.
  21. For $60, it's not bad.
  22. Perfect for China, Amazon is so considerate. 4 Attendees: Jajafook, Blululublokblok, Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ and Shengzijuansuchbestproduct
  23. Another series 9 entry, this time centered around the latest Griffin Knights. The soldiers do look good wearing the classic breastplate piece matching that angled cheek guard helmet in flat silver. It does cover all that nice torso printing though.
  24. There is a webinar about this new toy requirement that starts in about 5 hours (5:30 AM ET 9/26) 🤣
  25. I deleted 200 listing that were inactive. Interestingly, the ones that had those ASIN violations (gwps etc) had the related violations fall off. But the new safety violation stayed despite the deletion of the listing.
  26. It doesn't matter right if they are going to remove the ASIN from their website??
  27. Curious how Amazon chooses who gets these restrictions and who doesn’t.
