Toys R Us will be holding a building event for kids.  Build and take home a mini LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Poe's X-Wing Fighter. This event will be held on Saturday, November 14 from 12-2pm. Last week, we reported on the first LEGO Nexo Knights polybag to be revealed, 30371 Knight's Cycle.  A image of a second polybag has appeared, 30372 Robin's Mini Fortrex.  No details have been released on the availability of this polybag either. As mentioned last week, Nexo Knights has not received the warmest of receptions, so it remains to be seen whether these two polybags will be a hit or a miss.  

It never ceases to amazes me on what people can do with LEGO bricks. Workshop LEGO Animations recreated the full Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer with LEGO.  It is pretty spot on and I watched it a few times already. The video even seemed to capture LEGO's attention as they tweeted about it:

Brickset.com has posted the first images of 2016 Star Wars sets and minifigures.  The images come from an insert in the recently revealed 30605 Finn (FN-2187) polybag.  Eight sets appear on the insert.  The first four sets are battle packs.  75135 is Obi-Wan's Jedi Interceptor, which is very reminiscent of 9494 Anakin's Jedi Interceptor. 75136 will be the third iteration of the Droid Escape, following 7106 and 9490. Late last month, LEGO officially announced the arrival of the LEGO Ghostbusters Firehouse.  That instantly sent collectors and investors into a frenzy - was this the start of a LEGO Ghostbusters theme? The LEGO Christmas Train (40138), which was a free gift with purchase of $99 or more is no longer available at LEGO Shop at Home in the US.  It appears to have sold out sometime overnight.  The train was the first of two holiday free gift with purchase sets for 2015, with the Gingerbread House (40139) available starting November 27 (Black Friday).  The Holiday Train promotion ran from October 13 until November 13, or until supplies ran out, which appears to have happened with about 8 days

An image of the first polybag to go with the new LEGO Nexo Knights line to be released in 2016 has made it's way online.  30371 Knight's Cycle polybag, with Royal Soldier minifigure will be released sometime in 2016.
