It would be nice if they came up with a Creator 3 in 1 version that is modular size, with this being one of the options.

I guess they didn't build something like that because it looks pretty ugly by itself and needs at least one ore better two other modulars to look good.

I like inverted corner buildings as a concept but in practical terms, I'm meh.

Like you said, there just isn't much to look at. I just don't think Lego will go for that. There's so much room for a design to show through, and the inverted corner just hides it.

Its never too early to load up on winners, but there will always be too late. im grabbing my share now while it's (briefly) available. my advice is to do the same especially if you have a red card that is not maxed out

Thanks, Bold. Been hoarding Target GC waiting for the price to come back down. I don't think it is going EOL this year, but I am not taking a chance when I can get them for under $140 incl. tax right now.

I wonder why there's no EOL talk these few days?
Keep buying them up and Lego will keep making them for another 18 months.

It ain't goin nowhere

Well, as a new investor, I pulled the trigger on 2 PC's because of double VIP/free shipping. It looks like many of you are pretty pessimistic about this going EOL though; any thoughts as to why the pessimism? I mean- if you were hoping for EOL earlier than now, weren't you being a tad bit optimistic? Right now the set is a little over 2 years old, which is not really that old by now.

 

However within the year, EOL would seem pretty realistic, wouldn't it? It is a nice set, too. Corner piece would seem fairly valuable especially if TLG might have some master plan of building a city block by block with each square block needing 4 corners. Wouldn't it be cool if somewhere in some lab, they have a master plan of a whole city and right now we're just in on the ground floor of the first few blocks?

 

Anyway- good luck to all with this set. It is pretty unique with the Mann's Chinese kind of theme. Definitely stands out compared to the other sets!

That's Fresher than some Yogurts I have in my Refrigerator. 

If only yogurt sold for 2x MSRP one year after 'retirement'...  I could start expensing my grocery shopping trips as business travel.

So palace cinema is expected ship date of April 4th at shop at home.
