The problems that LEGO Shop at Home is having is funny.......I'm over it, I will just wait till all the "minecraft" fever calms down then I will get my deloreans.

It seems the technical issues have been fixed, just placed an order for 5 deloreans and it all went through fine.. VIP points, free shipping all calculated normally.

True. I was doing the happy dance. Even had my 9 month old daughter doing a jig.

Amazon having over 999 in-stock is nuts! Lego is clearly going to produce a high # of sets. We might still see a short buyer demand period /.bump

Hm, if this set isn't on backorder through Lego and Amazon it makes me a little skeptical about the value of this set as far as quick flips go.  I was for certain they wouldn't be instantly available once their official release date hit online anyways.

I don't think LEGO will make the same mistake with this set as they did with Minecraft.  Also, there will not be the kids sucking them up because they have zero idea about BTTF.  No quick flips here.

ToysRUs has them available to...   MSRP for the time being and they let me put 99 in my cart.

I was bad, I flipped my two I bought last week.  I'll keep the one I bought last night.

Yeah I flipped 3 last week too, but now that they are readily available it will be very hard if you happened to get more for that purpose

I spoke with a lady at LEGO Shop at Home, and according to her info there was only 4,000 deloreans for sale on the Lego website. The others were sent to Lego stores, Barnes and noboles etc.
