Today, New Elementary announced that the LEGO CUUSOO Exo Suit will be released in August of 2014! They also announced a logo. Unfortunately, there are no official images yet, but at least this gives us something to be looking forward to!

When I placed my order last night (right as they were available) it showed out of stock, ships in 30 days but still showed the mini MINI in my bag.

Darn Target, it did and still will let me add to cart but soon as I try to complete the order, it tells me the Exo Suit has been saved for later as it is unavailable to order. Make up your mind you buttholes. I only want the one for Pete

My order from LEGO Shop at Home has been shipped. Woah, that was fast.

I'm not saying I disagree with this totally but just so you know a designers comment on reddit is miles away from being official.

 

Alright. But this and the tag in the catalog is the most "solid" info in the game. Everything else is pure speculation. Still people immediately take it as a fact. Makes you wonder...

Personally, I do not think this will be the next Curiosity Rover. It will still make you money, just not Rover ;)

a. BP'er have s**tload of disposable income and they can buy trailer full of Lego sets in a whim

b. also means that target sold few thousand copies and so did LEGO Shop at Home within few hours

c. also means that cumulative secondary market of LEGO is huge :D

Why not? If the green classic space figs stay exclusive to this set then it should do just as well as the rover.

Ordered mine this morning

Reading this Target stuff is really tilting. Didn't Delorean have a limit of 1 or 2 on shop at home initially when it was selling out quickly at first? Then they opened the floodgates later. 

 

I'm waiting outside of a Lego store right now, not going to risk not getting one to build.
