they should shutdown and fix before taking more orders otherwise they will spend days if not months fixing all the errors. seems like VIP points; order inventory are all off

Ordered two exo suits and two research sets right when they went up.  No e-mail confirmation and the order isn't listed in my account history.  Should I be worried or is this pretty much normal around a midnight release?

Don't worry shipping will be adjusted to free once oder is processed and you'll be taxed if you live in a state where you should. This glitch thing keeps happening over and over when "big events" like todays arrive. Already used to this. I was fortunate to place the order early today so I did not have to deal with the crashed site this time. 

The idiots charged me $45 shipping when I spent over the limit for free shipping. Lego next time u build a hype like this make sure you don't F......... us around and don't screw my order up either

If you got to a page that says something like:Checkout

Congratulations! You will receive an email shortly with your order details.

 

Then you are all set.

 

Note the email might take 1 or 2 days or might take just a couple hours, you never know with LEGO Shop at Home...

Thanks!  I figured it was alright since I (eventually) got to the screen that said the order was complete.  Just was a little worried that confirmation hadn't shown up.

This happens all the time with hot sets, it never takes months to fix everyone should just relax.

The shipping issue and free poly will fix itself, if you feel like you need to call and waste time you can.

I loved when they messed up last time. They gave me 500 VIP points as consolation.

Ordered a total of 50 of these.Various orders through various friends & family. Lets see how this goes...

BTW, does LEGO Shop at Home have a history of not getting people their polys if they order early? I read this somewhere, and now I'm concerned enough to want to buy in-store...not to mention the fact it is not early right now at all...

Nope. Only the designers comments on reddit, means zero to me.
