I am both on and off topic in adding a few thoughts for those people that are upset.   Guess what?  I got 30 RI's and 16 Exo's. Guess what else?  I am not a big time reseller.

  • They will either both be back, or neither will be.  Or one will be back and one will not.  Or both will be back briefly and then discontinued again.  Or Exo will be and not RI or vice versa.  There wi

Nope, grandma had to be an investor.

Man,  you're right.  That's why she used the air quotes when she said it was for her "grandkids"..... sneaky sneaky old ladies.

Why are a lot of people in this thread going nuts over Target's 90 day return policy? Lego online store has the same 90 days as well on unopened merchandise.

Because you can only order 2 from Lego (without fear of banhammer).  You could order as many as you wanted from Target.

Or zero if your employer just switched to IE10 and you don't have any options during the work day.

good question.  it's about the amount of hassle involved (no RMA needed at target, many live closer to a Target than a Lego store, no need to mail back, etc..) target also offers 5% back if the redcard is used.

You guys start to make me nervous since I haven't got one exo suit yet.

Just grabbed a couple from flea bay at $80, hope I won't regret later :umnik:

Agree with all of the above.  Plus, Target is more friendly with purchase limits and is not likely to drop a ban on you.

No, I am serious!

Will I regret for paying $80 for one Exo suit 21109?

I hope you're not since you can still place an order on LEGO Shop at Home for regular price...

Quick, cancel the order. I dont think these will be shelfwarmers by any means, but they will be in stock again. Just order 1 on SAH.

Places 3 orders at LEGO Shop at Home this morning, 2 times 2x Exo Suit and 1 time 1x Lab and 1x Exo. LEGO Shop at Home showed limit 5 per customer so i should be save from banhammer.

First order of 2x Exo is fine but the other 3 are on backorder.

on Lego Shop at Home, the limit is one and there is no expected shipping date, my wild guess would be it will be sold out pretty soon.

I'll wait till that day comes.

One more thing to mention, looks like the ban hammer from Lego hit me already...

well, don't cancel the order.  live and learn with this small mistake.

e all have been there...  i paid $150 for 2 MISB Anakin Podracer sets that took forever to sell and even took a small loss just to get them out of my sight.

You can return a lego.com purchase to a brick and mortar Lego store, correct?  I would assume so, but I've never done it, so just curious.

I'll take your advice...

Our Lego Store had full shelves for the Exo-suit and the Research Institute with a limit of 2 per person (about 90 minutes after opening). I got mine and before I left they changed the signs to read 1 per person.

Ban hammer is unheard of in Europe
